Postage and returns:

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days from order placement. Unless otherwise mentioned, typically all items are sent via express and / or registered post with built in basic insurance held between the purchaser and Australia post or other freight companies. Freight times are bound by Australia post which list 2+ business days for most metro areas. 

Returns will need to be sent back at the buyers expense within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted should the item be in the same / as new condition with the original packaging. 

Exhange's will need to be sent back at the buyers expense within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted should the item be in the same / as new condition with the original packaging. The cost of re sending the exchanged item will be at the byers expense.  Processing time for sending different items in exchange can be dependent on stock levels

We are not in any way liable for incorrect product purchases or change of mind.

All new products come with a limited 12 month warranty.

 

What does a limited warranty cover? 

• Repairs and or replacement: The manufacturer will repair any defects in the product over the 12 month term from the date of purchase provided that it has been installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and / or terms and conditions.

• Return to manufacture. The item will need to be sent back to the manufacturer or supplier for assessment and repair at the owners cost of freight. A repaired or replacement unit will be sent out at no additional postage cost should it be proven faulty. Repairs or exchanges may take up to 30 business days to completed as this is dependent on local stock levels.

 

What does a limited warranty not cover?

• Installation and instructions

The manufacturer and / or supplier is not responsible for the installation of any items. While these can be simple to install, basic care is needed and experience with sensitive electrical items may be required.  

• Loss compensation

The manufacturer and / or supplier is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a defect or malfunction and any misuse.  

• Misuse or accidents

The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse or accidents 

• Personal injury

The manufacturer is not responsible for any personal injury damage caused by incorrect install, misuse, abuse, or accidents 

• Damage to equipment

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused to the purchased item and / or any other equipment that may be used by the devices.

• Consumable items

Consumable items are items that are used up or worn out over time and / or need to be replaced regularly. This includes the Valves / Tubes that are fitted as part of the unit.
